Aqua Terra is a growth-oriented oilfield water management and logistics company that provides water disposal services to Canadian and U.S. onshore oil and natural gas producers. The Company began a process of expansion following the initial acquisition of Aqua Terra Canada by Bregal Investments in November 2013. Since then, and including that acquisition by Bregal Investments, the Company has built a network of 24 active water management facilities by way of seven acquisitions and seven greenfield facility openings, disposing of nearly 95,000 BBW/d.
